Introduction In the current population, there is not much to differentiate between a male and a female when it comes to the perspective of responsibility. The attributes of strengths and weaknesses are something that cannot be used to define whether an individual is a man or woman. According to Foster, J. K. (2012), â€Å"every individual has his or her set of weaknesses. Men and women are the same; we all struggle to maintain our lives and fight for our future.† Life is somehow based on the rule of the jungle where only the individuals with the ability and capability to do what it takes to succeed get ahead. Events in a person’s life can affect them in a way that their weaknesses appear greater than their strengths. For instance, a person may†¦show more content†¦Conscientiousness. In my life, even when I was still an undergraduate, I have always been self-respectful, dependable, and dutiful. I do believe that there is no point in demanding respect from other individuals if you do not respect yourself (Littlejohn, 2016). Self-respect always guides the manner in which I attend to my needs and desires. Respecting myself enables me to understand the need to respect others. This is a concept that one does not need to go to school to acquire. To me, it is built in. I am not aware of myself as a child, but I was probably born like that. Self-discipline is what guides my relationship with the other members of the society I live in (J., 2016). Owing to the self-respect I have, I try to ensure that I do not engage in activities that are going to ruin my reputation in any way. That implies that I am never with people of bad character. Hence I am free from negative peer pressure. Another attribute that I have indicated as part of my character is dependability. As a graduate in the society, I understand that there is a need to be dependable and to be someone people can rely on. I do not know if it can be treated as pride or any other thing, but I believe it is something positive about me (Foster, 2012). I always want to be able to help the society and my family where I can and offer them that which I can.
